Joe Edwards Personal Training

I’m Joe, a Personal Trainer situated in Holborn. My passion for Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle was born during my Teenage years.

Through playing football at Academy level for Charlton Athletic for 5 years. I found through hard work in the gym and a greater knowledge of my own dietary requirements, I could better perform on the pitch and keep improving with no limit.

I enjoy instructing others in the way that I train. Which is: Correct Posture Weight & Circuit training with Tempo & Interval Cardio Training. In summary a session with Minimal Rest and completely time bound, rather than reps keeps you heavily invested in the exercise.

After qualifying as a Hatton boxing instructor, my knowledge of sport specific exercise has widened.
