Jordan - Personal Trainer

With over ten years experience combined as an athlete in elite performance set ups and coaching in an inspired by, and adapted approach, I specialise in helping high-achieving professionals aged 30–55 optimise their health, performance, and lifestyle in a sustainable way. My approach combines strength and conditioning, endurance running, and evidence-based nutrition to deliver results that last.

Before moving back into fitness as a trainer, I spent five years in Finance and Recruitment across London and Hong Kong. 

Prior to that, I competed as a British middle-distance athlete within the Great Britain setup, earning multiple national medals. 

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the experience I had working alongside elite multidisciplinary teams both as an athlete and trainer—Doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, and physiotherapists formed the ensuring of a truly holistic approach and therefore all these pillars of clinical coverage represent the upmost importance in my coaching in varying degrees. This integrated style allows me to deliver the exceptional outcomes my clients rely on, whether their goals are peak performance, long-term health, or building resilience.
