training that energises you, feels good, protects your body for the long term, and fits into everyday life.

After 12 years in the fast‑paced world of advertising, I have decided to turn my lifelong passion for health and fitness into a career. Having trained at Bull at the Gate since the doors first opened, I fell in love with the space, the energy, the expertise of the coaches, and the sense of community that came with it.
After overcoming long‑term health challenges, I realised how important it was to balance movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing, ultimately driving me to make the leap from client to coach. These experiences taught me that movement isn’t just about what your body can do or how it looks, but how it makes you feel. We only get one body to carry us through life so looking after it is everything. I’m now passionate about helping others find that same rhythm: training that energises you, feels good, protects your body for the long term, and fits into everyday life. -
I focus on helping clients find what works best for them, paying close attention to the small adjustments that make the biggest difference. Those tiny shifts in form and alignment can completely change how an exercise feels and the results it delivers. My sessions blend strength, mobility and conditioning with education, helping clients tune into the mind–body connection. It’s not about fancy workouts, or rushing through movements, it’s about doing the basics brilliantly and building from there. Over time, this awareness builds not just strength, but genuine confidence in how you move, train, and carry yourself day to day.

Progress looks different for everyone, so before starting, I always agree with clients what success means for them. Tracking reflects a mix of objective measures and how clients actually feel in their bodies.

Dancing at gigs, eating my way through London’s restaurants or absolutely nothing in a bid to reset - it is all about balance!

Social media - it is a double edged sword. Love how accessible it’s made information as there is so much inspiration, knowledge, and creativity out there which has ultimately helped many people and businesses in the industry. It has never been easier to educate yourself as it is now so easy to delve into many different perspectives However, it drifts so easily into the comparison culture. Not everything you read on social media is honest or healthy and this can fuel unrealistic and superficial ideals, pulling people away from the present real life

Liz takes her time with each exercise, giving me space to really understand proper movement. This has helped me progress steadily and build confidence. I leave every session feeling more open and mobile. I have noticed this has carried over into my day-to-day life too.

I used to only do cardio and didn't know where to start with strength training. Working with Liz, I’ve learnt so much and now really enjoy the different type of movement. She made me feel at ease straight away. The sessions have made me much more aware of my posture, and I noticed improvements in strength and ability very quickly.
