With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the opportunity to help clients improve posture, build strength, enhance athletic performance, and boost overall energy levels. I’ve always been a curious coach who likes to question conventional training methods and explore what truly works for each individual.
My passion for continuous learning has led me to earn multiple qualifications, including Strength and Conditioning, Sports Massage Therapy, Nutrition, and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I also spent three years working in the sports recovery sector, where I developed a deep understanding of how recovery influences overall health and training readiness.
My goal is to combine knowledge from all these areas to deliver well-rounded, thoughtful, and effective coaching that helps clients perform and feel at their best.

My training approach is focused on quality movement, progressive development, and adaptability. I believe effective training starts with understanding how your body feels and performs on any given day. That’s why I always begin sessions by asking how you’re feeling physically and mentally, this helps me tailor the workout to your current state rather than following a rigid plan.
I take a slow, progressive approach to ensure movement quality and long-term results. My goal is to help clients build strong, efficient, and resilient bodies while learning to move with better awareness and control.
Education is also a big part of my coaching. I like clients to understand why we do each exercise, so they can take ownership of their progress and apply what they learn beyond our sessions.
Above all, I aim to create an environment that’s positive, supportive, and enjoyable. Even on tough days, I want my clients to leave each session feeling accomplished, uplifted, and hopefully with a smile, knowing they’ve done something good for themselves and made their day a little lighter.
-
I record progress after each session, tracking key training metrics and noting factors such as energy levels, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing. This helps me understand the bigger picture of how my clients are responding to their training, not just how much they lift.
While I do monitor strength improvements, body composition changes, and performance milestones, I also focus on helping clients unlock new movements, improve mobility, and move with greater control and confidence. I find that when these areas develop, stronger lifts and better body composition naturally follow as a byproduct of consistent, quality training.

When I’m not training, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dog, teaching him new tricks, or out in the garden growing vegetables and fruit. I also love practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and cooking Spanish food.

My biggest like about the fitness industry is its potential to genuinely transform lives, not just physically, but by boosting someone's mental health, confidence, and overall quality of life.
My biggest dislike is the constant flood of misinformation, 'quick-fix' scams, and unrealistic body standards promoted by influencers. It makes it hard for the average person to know who to trust and what's actually healthy.
